1. Payment
We accept payment from Paypal. Customer without Paypal account can pay with major credit cards or echeck. Please contact us if you want to pay with money order and Western Union.
2. Buyer Protection
Buyer Protection is available for customer who pays through Paypal account.
3. Pre-order/Back-order
Several types of Pre-order and Back-order items are available in our store:
- Pre-order with full payment: Customer needs to authorize payment of full product price and shipping cost at the time of purchase to reserve the product. The payment will be charged or deducted from customer's account when the product is ready for shipment. This is usually open for products to be released to market within 30 days.
- Pre-order with down payment: Customer needs to pay a specified percentage of product price and shipping cost as down payment at the time of purchase to reserve the product. At checkout customer will be prompted to authorize the payment in full amount, but only the down payment will be charged or deducted from customer's account. The balance payment will be charged 7 days before the product is ready for shipment. This is usually open for products to be released to market after 30 days.
- Back-order: Customer needs to authorize payment of full product price and shipping cost at the time of purchase. The payment will be charged or deducted from customer's account when the product is ready for shipment, normally in 7 to 14 days after purchase. This is usually open for products not in stock but available in our suppliers.
(To authorize a payment is to allow us to charge you through your selected payment method. Your fund will not be put on hold at the time of authorization. Only when we claim the payment the fund will be deducted from your account.)
4. Shipping
Registered airmail from Hong Kong Post is the default shipping method. Normal shipping time is 7~14 days after the products are posted. The shipment may occasionally take longer time in case of custom investigation, peak season, or others. Tracking numbers will be provided to customers after shipment is made. Please contact us if you want to use other shipping methods like EMS.
5. Handling Time
For products in stock, we normally ship the goods within 3 working days after payment is settled. For pre-order or back-order items, we will ship the goods within 3 working days after the products are in stock.
6. Combined Shipment
We can combine shipment of all in-stock and back-order items. For pre-order items, we only combine shipment for products released in the same month. We will ship all combined products together within 3 days after the last item is in stock.
7. Shipping Cost
You can check shipping cost by adding items to cart, and then input brief shipping information in "Shipping Estimate" on the right column. if you do not see the column, please click CART button on the top-right corner of the webpage. In case more than one shipping methods are offered, you can select your prefered one. Please contact us if no shipping method is available for your order.
8. Order Cancellation
Customer may cancel a confirmed order before the product is shipped. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee which is 15% of the product price, even if it is a pre-order/back-order.
9. Returns
Customer has to report any problem within 7 days after the product is received. Photos may be required for some cases, such as product defect and damages. To return a product for refund or replacement, customer has to ship back the item in good condition. Shipping cost is not refundable, unless we are fully responsible for the problem (eg. wrong item shipped).
10. Shortage/Postponement of Release Date for Pre-order/Back-order Items
For Pre-order and Back-order items, there is chance that the products are in shortage at the time of release or the release date is postponed. We will fully refund your payment and cancel your purchase if such product fails to ship after 14 days of scheduled shipping date. No cancellation fee will be charged.
